Initial Treatment

You have decided to get to know us? We are very happy about that!

As part of the first examination in our practice, we first get to know each other. You can build your own and personalized image of our practice and our team. We gain insight into your situation and use a variety of methods, such as our intraoral camera or three-dimensional X-ray, to create a detailed report that serves as a starting point for possible next steps.

You are welcome to bring already existing X-rays or other important findings that we should consult for our diagnostics.

We are happy to take the time to answer your questions and to discuss your situation comprehensively.

You will also receive a documentation of your treatment interview, including any pictures we have taken, using an encrypted email. In this way you will later on better understand what we have discussed within the appointment

Possible questions about the Initial Treatment at our clinic

Are only patients holding a private insurance or also patients with statutory health insurance treated?
Knauf.Kollegen Dentists welcomes both statutory health insurance and private patients. You will be informed individually about the different services we offer.

Can I choose the dentist myself?
Of course, you can decide yourself who you want to be treated by in our practice. If there is already a specific problem, we can advise you who is the right contact person for you in our team.

What costs do I have to pay for an initial treatment?
The statutory health insurance companies cover the costs of your first examination with us. Self-payers and privately insured patients are welcome to contact us for more information.
